Job Title: Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, you will participate in development and production programs integral to X-Bow's success. This position will support the design, development, test, and delivery of propellant manufacturing systems, novel solid rocket motors, and launch vehicles. Typical responsibilities for this position include:
- Systems Engineering
- Support the Systems Engineering process and manage documentation for solid rocket motor and launch vehicle programs: architecture and CONOPS development; requirements development and management; development and management of interfaces; verification planning and management.
- Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering techniques; support system modeling efforts; promote use of the systems model during design and development activities.
- Support technical reviews (PDR, CDR, etc.): develop entry/exit criteria, manage content.
- Coordinate between technical disciplines (mechanical, avionics, aero, etc.) to identify and resolve technical issues and risks as well as identify, capture, and implement opportunities.
- Embed yourself into design and development activities; understand and influence technical trade-offs and impacts to overall system; work with IPT and Engineering Leads to drive design cycles.
- Manage verification activities; review and digest test and analysis reports as it pertains to the system and its requirements; support Functional/Physical Configuration Audits.

Electro-Mechanical Technician (Luling, TX)

About the Role: As an Electro-Mechanical Technician you will install, operate, test and maintain manufacturing equipment, including automated and robotic parts, integral to our solid rocket motor propellant production facilities.
You'll know you're successful in this role when you've identified blockers, guided processes to address anomalies and performance shortfalls, met schedule goals regarding installation, commissioning and deployment of components, sub-assemblies, and top-level facilities.
To thrive in this role, you must have demonstrated success in mechanical hardware installation, repair, and selection. An aptitude for hands-on assembly and integration is required and is best shown by your work history and passions when off the clock.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with installation/testing/commissioning of mechanical and fluidic systems/facilities
- Experience scoping pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, ovens, precision flow meters.
- Familiarity with Solidworks CAD and PDM or equivalent
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams of ~5 engineers/technicians.
- Demonstrated electro/mechanical hands-on dis-assembly/assembly and trouble-shooting aptitude.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must be a US Persons as defined by § 120.62 of the ITAR.

Job Description:
We have a current opportunity for a Personnel Security Administrator (Hybrid), based out of our facility in Luling, TX. The Security Administrator position will support the safeguarding of the US DoD and Production facility in Luling and help maintain an overall compliant US government security program. This position supports both personnel and physical security for multiple contracts and customers, including processing new employees for security clearances, reinvestigations, and processing outgoing visit requests, requests for access actions, onsite security support, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must be experienced with security systems of record, access control, and other related systems or databases (NBIS/DISS/NISS/SIMS, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Provide Personnel Security assistance at our facility in Luling, TX, reporting to the FSO/Sr. CPSO.
- Work a 50/50 Hybrid schedule long-term, with an expectation to work onsite initially to learn and go over taskings.
- Maintain access databases and all required personnel security documentation (such as SIMS and DISS), including access rosters and security files.
- Track security clearance investigations and perform administrative support functions in DISS, NBIS, and E-APP government systems.
- Ensure personnel processed for access to a SAP/SCIF meet prerequisite for personnel security clearance and/or investigative requirements.
- Process incoming/outgoing visit requests and certifications.
- Work independently and closely with the FSO, with weekly tag-ups and schedule reviews.
- Assist with incoming Program Access Requests (PAR) and SCI access requests.
- Assist with the review, process, and coordination of SCI nomination packages.
- Assist FSO with all auditable reviews, information gathering, and document control taskings.
- Review and file foreign travel and other required reporting incidences as required.
- Request PSQ updates at required occurrences for all personnel supporting special access programs.
- Prepare Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA); generate and execute debrief PIAs on behalf of the government security team.
- Oversee personnel security records for DoD collateral clearances, SCI, and SAP/SAR programs, including updating the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and providing updates and status on briefed personnel to the Customer.
